CANCELLATIONS FOR HOLIDAYS/FRYEBURG FAIR AND WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL WILL RECEIVE NO REFUNDS

Choose from individual sites including 3-way with 50/30/20amp pull thru, 3-way with 30/20amp full hookups, riverside sites, Water & Electricity with 50/30/20amp or Water & Electricity with 30/20amp. Our group sites are perfect to accommodate 10 to 30 people. They all have water & electricity on them. If you have a larger group our Lower Fields can accommodate from 20 to 80 people. These two sites only have water!!

Group Sites
We have a variety of spacious group sites that can hold 10 people up to 30 people. All group sites include water and electricity, two picnic tables, a fire pit, and a lean-to. If you have a group larger than 20 people we have our lower fields that can hold up to 60 people. The lower field sites DO NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY, but they have water. These sites are perfect for large gatherings with family and friends!

- Holiday weekend: 3-night minimum; 100% payment with no refunds.
- Fryeburg Fair Week: 3-night minimum;100% payment with no refunds.
- Weekday & Weekends: All sites are reserved for a 2-night minimum. All online reservations 100% payment. 50% deposit is due at time of reservation over the phone or email.
- You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a campsite
- Site Rates are per night and are based on a family of 2 adults and 2 children, (17 and under). All others are considered guests who must register and pay the guest fee.
- Any additional person $14 per person per a night
- Maximum of 4 children per site.
- Maximum of 4 adults per site. IF YOU SHOW UP AND HAVE MORE THEN FOUR ADULTS ON A REG SITE THERE WILL BE A $30 CHARGE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT PER NIGHT; except for Group sites.
- Campers are responsible for registering all their guests! If you let anyone in the gate without registering them it will be a $50 fee for each person!!!!!!
Campsite & Group Site Cancellation Policy:
Refunds (MINUS A $10 SERVICE CHARGE FOR EACH SITE AND/OR CANOE CANCELLED) are given provided notification is received 14 days or more prior to arrival date. Within 14 days, there are no refunds.
