ALL ONLINE RESERVATIONS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior, and  $10 cancellation fee will be applied to each site or canoe cancelled

CANCELLATIONS FOR HOLIDAYS/FRYEBURG FAIR AND WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL WILL RECEIVE NO REFUNDS

Check-in 3pm. Check-out 2pm.

Early check-in available before 3pm. $5/hr fee may apply. *Based on availability.

Choose from individual sites including 3-way hookups, riverside sites, a tent site with no hookup or a site with a built-in wooden dining canopy!  Our group sites are perfect to accommodate from 10 to 100 people.

Seasonal Site (water, metered electric, & sewer)$2,500 + $150 electric meter
Extra Vehicle Parking (2 Vehicles Per Site Included)$10 per vehicle, per stay
All prices are subject to 9% Maine Lodging Tax. Rates are subject to change.

Group Sites

Group Tenting Area (minimum of 10 adults, no charge for children 3 and under)

Boy Scouts, Youth Groups and Summer Camps–Special Rates
$55 base rate per group site per night, plus $12 per night for each and every adult and $3 per night for each and every child
Additional Adult$12 per adult, per night
Additional Child$6 per child, per night.

Peak Season Reservation Requirements:

  • Holiday weekend:  3-night minimum; 100% payment with no refunds.
  • Fryeburg Fair Week:  3-night minimum;100% payment with no refunds.
  • Weekday & Weekends:  All sites are reserved for a 2-night minimum. All online reservations 100% payment50% deposit is due at time of reservation over the phone or email.
  • You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a campsite
  • Site Rates are per night and are based on a family of 2 adults and 2 children, (17 and under). All others are considered guests who must register and pay the guest fee.
    • Additional children, $6.00 per child.  
    • Maximum of 4 children per site.  
    • Additional adults (18 and over), $12.00 per adult.
    • Maximum of 4 adults per site; except for Group Tenting Areas.
    • Campers are responsible for registering their guests

Campsite & Group Site Cancellation Policy:

Refunds (MINUS A $10.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR EACH SITE AND/OR CANOE CANCELLED) are given provided notification is received 14 days or more prior to arrival date.  Within 14 days, there are no refunds.
